How to Increase AdSense Earnings

how to make money onlineNovember has come and gone. AdSense earnings have increased yet again! Part of this is likely due to the coming Christmas holiday as my AdSense earnings really jumped around Black Friday and have continued to stay unusually high since. It’s not the 300% increase I saw last month but I’ll take a 25% increase any time.

Here’s the latest video of my earnings. I continue to try and post to motivate others who may be starting out and have any doubt about AdSense. As always, I have blurred out the statistics to remain in compliance with AdSense TOS policies. I like to provide video since a screen shot can be easily faked by anyone.

For a quick lesson on how I’m achieving results I’ll sum it up with the following:

  • Build 10 different websites with 10 different niches. Aim for micro-niches but not just any random micro-niche solely for keyword density (unless you have more fortitude than I do and can continue to create posts about completely bland subjects but your posts will likely reflect your disinterest and you’ll have a hard time getting subscribers). Find subjects that are all interesting to you and that you would enjoy writing about. For example, find a niche about parenting and create a blog on a micro-niche inside that subject. Remember, Google wants you to provide value to websites that it indexes and there have been many cases of AdSense sites being de-indexed (no links) for creating hundreds of same template sites that have keyword density but provide no value.
  • Use different templates for all of your sites. This makes the creation process much more fun! I use WordPress solely. Honestly, you could probably go with the same WordPress theme on every site, but for me, it makes the process much more enjoyable to jump from site to site and have a completely different look and setup. It’s keeps the eyes fresh. I use pixlr online for all of my image editing. It’s a completely free online image creator/editor that mimics the setup of PhotoShop and works quite well. I subscribe to Elegant Themes for all my templates as they’re simply my favorite themes and they give you access to all of their themes for only $39 a year, updates always included of course.
  • Do keyword research for all the new posts you create and use Micro Niche Finder (I’ll detail this much more in my download). Don’t just create posts for keywords. Bring value to your visitors. You can easily do both; find keywords with high value and create posts with these keywords that your visitors will enjoy reading and want to engage in. Google will love you, your visitors will love you and you will love your AdSense earnings.
  • Post articles to article sites such as Ezine Articles every other night and be sure to deep link to your articles. I have taught others my process here where I live and by the time I get to this point, they are usually going “ugh.. keyword research, all those new posts every night and then you have to write articles about these posts too?!” I see the look of “maybe this isn’t for me” in their eyes. Maybe it’s not? It’s here where I often have to encourage others most and it’s what separates those who make money from those who just dream about it. Persistence means everything. It’s work to achieve AdSense income and like anything in life, the more you do this, the easier it becomes.

I don’t do everything in one night. I write 10 blog posts one night. The next night, I submit 10 articles. I always take Sunday off and usually don’t even turn the computer on. It’s my refresh day. After you get your blogs setup the way you want and after you do this process a few weeks, it becomes very streamlined and even easy! This process gives me 3 new blog posts on each blog every week, all with good content. I should mention that this blog is not one of my ten. I intend on working this one much more when I hit my initial AdSense goal of $1000 p/ month.

I have two kids and I spend every day preparing meals, giving baths, driving kids around, cleaning house and stopping my kids from constantly trying to beat each other up! My baby girl is 1 today (Happy Birthday, Peyton!) and my son is 2 1/2 so I can’t spend all day on the comuter. I only play on the computer during the day. I login to Facebook, check my email and that’s about it! I don’t begin my “work” until the kids are in bed for the night. I work from about ten until midnight (sometimes 1). The point is, this is money earned! It’s definitely a part time job but it is well worth it as I set my own hours, get to watch TV while I work and I very much enjoy the whole process of AdSense income.

I also engage in some websites that use auto pilot scripts to update but I don’t find a lot of return in these sites, even after article submission and creating backlinks, so I really don’t recommend them. I have about a dozen running and they probably bring me about $5 a month total. I’ll probably leave them up but I have found that the true key in creating AdSense income is creating websites that offer value.

If you want to make it with AdSense, it’s just a matter of moving forward and being intent on making it work. Anyone can do it. If you can make $1 a day with AdSense (which I recommend you make your initial goal), you have a working system and you can then make as much as you want. I will continue to sing praises to Google for giving the masses such a wonderful option to work from home and make steady income. Do it right, keep Google on your good side and you’ll reap the benefits!

There’s a lot of different methods to earning AdSense income. If you would like to learn more about how I do this, please subscribe. I’ll be releasing my free download later this month and outlining the process in detail.

As always, thanks for stopping by and reading!

    Hi Amy,

I found your blog from Warriorforum and after checking a few posts, I can say that I really liked your writing style.

I am currently working on two Adsense sites, trying to add more content and drive more traffic. My first goal is to get each website to $5/day level. If I can do that, while I keep growing those sites I will create another site.

Thanks for sharing your story and keep the good work going.

About your blog: a brighter background and darker font color could make it easier to read, just my opinion.

Hi Nail. Thanks very much for stopping by and taking the time to comment!
Great job on your goal. You have the exact same mindset that I’ve had from the start. I keep making small p/ day goals and I really focus on making that happen. I have great luck with this method. I hope you’re using article submission to help drive traffic? That works very well for my sites.
Your site looks to be doing very well. Your Alexa rank is very high so you must be getting some good traffic!
And finally.. Yes, I’ve been considering going with a more standard look. Honestly, I’m torn! I love “throw-back colors”.. thus the current color scheme. Smile
Thanks for your input! I always appreciate constructive criticism and will definitely take it into consideration.
